PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major International credit cards through Stripe, secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in secure host environments.

We also accept Paypal. For other payment forms please contact us, since you can place and order and pay before delivery by Bank Transfer or Bizum (only for customers from Spain).

PRICING

Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout.

All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT.

All prices are stated in Euros. We reserve the right to change product prices and information without prior notice.

RETURNS

We value good customer service and safe packaging.

Should there be any problems, please contact us before returning any items.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged.

We can not accept returns after 15 days from order reception at your shipping address.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and dispatched on Tuesdays from our local Post Office.

Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience.
